Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for gift cards passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the gift card.Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Unused Gift Cards may not be transferred. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.
